About booking
Why do you book through Headway instead of your own website?
Headway is a HIPAA-compliant platform built for therapy practices. It handles insurance verification, intake paperwork, secure billing, and scheduling. Your health information stays on a secure system, your costs are transparent, and I spend my time on sessions instead of paperwork.
What if I want to talk before I book?
Completely reasonable. Call or text (281) 829-8511, or use the form on this page. I reply within a business day or two and we can have a short, no-obligation conversation.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Headway shows my live availability, so you'll see the soonest openings when you look. If nothing works, reach out and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What do I need for a video session?
A private place where you won't be overheard, a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, and a reasonably stable connection. Headphones help. You need to be physically in Texas during the session.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Give as much notice as you can. The cancellation policy is in the intake paperwork, and I'm reasonable about genuine emergencies.
